Hunting Agreement

Dear Hunter,

Thank you for your interest in hunting on the Nucor West Cooperative Wildlife Management Units (CWMU). We are determined in making your hunting experience enjoyable and memorable. A signed Hunting Agreement and Release of Liability are required before you are allowed on the property. These agreements are limited to the use of the property described by the Nucor West CWMU and being guided on the hunt by a Guide from the Sage Canyon West, LLC.

This hunt is for a period of five (5) consecutive days beginning __________________, 2025 and ending ___________________, 2025, excluding Sundays. On this date, all rights granted herein terminate on the ending date, unless extended in writing and signed by both parties. Hunter shall use the premises for hunting purposes only. Hunter may not cut or damage trees, crops, roads or dwellings, fences, buildings or other property on the land. Hunter agrees to repair any damage he causes and to return the land and property to the Guide in its prior condition at Hunter’s sole cost and expense. No hunting on Sunday and the hunt cannot be split into two hunts.

In consideration of being allowed to hunt on the herein described property the Hunter and their guest, are hereby granted a license to enter on and use the herein described properties to legally hunt take and harvest the following kinds of animals in accordance with the game laws of the State of Utah. They must stay with the Guide at all times when on the hunt. Hunter must follow directions from Guide while hunting. The guest must be approved by the Guide or he stays in the camp during the hunt. If a deer is shot and wounded it is considered a tagged deer and the hunt is over (whether the wounded deer is found or not).

Hunt can be terminated at any time due to Hunter or guest misbehavior or other inappropriate activity and would also include no refund of payment.

This agreement is limited to the use of the property for the activities described herein, and anything contained herein to the contrary; the hunter has no other rights to the property. Hunter agrees to pay Sage Canyon West, LLC for the hunt and also may tip the Guide for services.
